Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to operate hydraulic and/or cable cranes at various Richmond area job sites. The role includes maintaining logs, safety reports, and project documentation, along with basic preventive maintenance and daily equipment care.

Applicants must hold a valid NCCO certification and driver’s license with a clean driving record, pass a DOT physical/drug screening, and be willing to perform manual labor to support projects while adhering to

Responsibilities

• Operate Hydraulic and/or Cable Cranes.
• Maintain daily logs, safety & inspection reports, and project reports.
• Perform routine maintenance including greasing, fluid checks, and track cleaning.
• Daily cleaning of equipment and reporting deficiencies to foreman.
• Willing to perform manual labor to support projects.
• Uphold health and safety policies and foster positive relations with customer and co-workers.
