Job summary

Shirley Contracting Company is seeking a reliable Bulldozer Operator to support active projects in Southern Virginia and Strasburg area. You will operate bulldozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment, perform routine maintenance and report issues to the foreman. Overtime, nights and weekends may be required.

The role requires safety-conscious workers with outdoor work tolerance and a readiness to perform manual tasks to keep projects on schedule. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites.
• GPS/UTS experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in all seasons.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders.
• Perform routine maintenance including greasing and fluid checks.
• Daily cleaning and inspections of equipment.
• Report deficiencies to foreman promptly.
• Assist with manual labor tasks to support projects.
• Uphold health and safety policies.
