Job summary

Joyce Steel Erection, Ltd., as part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., seeks an experienced crane operator to operate and supervise crane activities at job sites across the region.

The role requires NCCCO certification, Class A CDL, and knowledge of OSHA/ANSI standards. You will inspect gear, mentor junior staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on all projects.

Qualifications

• Must have NCCCO crane operator certification.
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ANSI standards.
• DOT drug/alcohol screen, DOT physical, and 7-year background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane under full control and under supervision.
• Inspect crane and components daily/monthly for safety.
• Direct truck drivers and crane helpers during assembly and setup.
• Mentor other crane operators and maintenance personnel.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep logs.
• Travel to job sites with crane.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and customer requirements.
