What’s The Job?

• Title: Crane Operator
• Location: Dayton Ohio
• Salary: Up to $45 per hour, depending on experience
• Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm

What Will I Be Doing?

Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:

• Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Operate rough terrain cranes and assist in preventive maintenance standards.
• Perform duties assigned by supervisors, including operating heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts and skid loaders.
• Maintain good attendance, work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Contribute to planning, communicate effectively with team members, and complete administrative duties accurately.

What Makes Me Qualified?

• Crane operator’s license required.
• At least five years of crane operation experience.

What are the physical demands of the role?

• Ability to observe details at close range, control machinery precisely, and grasp or manipulate objects quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move for extended periods, and operate various tools and vehicles safely.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and communicate effectively.

What is the work environment?

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, chemicals, electrical shocks, and loud noise.
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and humid conditions.
