What you will do
  • Handle freight, including lifting, pushing, or moving products weighing 75+ pounds.
  • Pre-inspect trucks, load materials, and verify load accuracy.
  • Set up job parameters and inspect sites for safety before unloading.
  • Unload trucks at sites, involving setting up barriers, lifting heavy shingles, and using truck-mounted cranes.
  • Commit to safety and follow all safety protocols, wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Maintain communication with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Report hazards to management.
What you will bring
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • NCCCO & Crane Institute Certification
  • Valid Class A/B CDL license with 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
  • Experience operating knuckle boom crane trucks or similar equipment.
  • Preferred experience driving manual transmission trucks and operating heavy equipment.
  • Knowledge of crane operations, rigging, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
