Our company is currently seeking a Crane Operator!

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the crane is in good working condition by conducting safety checks before and during operation.
2. Read and understand safety instructions, diagrams, and related materials for crane operation.
3. Establish communication with ground personnel and confirm understanding of signals before proceeding.
4. Operate cranes according to safety procedures and local laws.
5. Inspect the crane for deficiencies before operation, including proper lubrication and safe working conditions of hoist, trolley, and bridge mechanisms.
6. Monitor surrounding activities to identify potential hazards or obstacles.
7. Keep accurate records of operations and maintenance logs.
8. Maintain a safe working environment by following proper lifting techniques and safety rules.
9. Secure loads to prevent shifting or slipping during transit and lifts.
10. Perform post-operation checks to ensure the crane is in good condition before shutdown.
11. Store and secure the crane properly when not in use.
12. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies following safety protocols.
13. Assist with assembly and disassembly of crane components as needed.
14. Provide training, supervision, and guidance to other crane operators on safety and operating procedures.
15. Report accidents or violations to the supervisor immediately.
