Responsibilities

• Coach and develop production staff, onboarding new hires on safety and procedures.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment for production.
• Monitor product quality to meet customer specifications.
• Communicate priorities and updates to supervisors and team members.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and safety.
• Perform duties as assigned.
