Job summary

Molin Concrete Products Co is seeking a Crane Crew member to operate cranes lifting eight tons+ with long booms, ensuring safe handling of concrete products and worker safety. Roles include regular equipment inspections, safe operation, and adherence to shift schedules.

Responsibilities include coordinating with dispatch, rigging loads, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions on site. Must meet attendance expectations and support team goals under safety policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of crane operation and capacities.
• Knowledge and skill to use proper rigging and capacity.
• Understanding of action and reaction relating to heavy objects.
• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, including heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane and rigging equipment safely within tolerances.
• Inspect equipment regularly to meet safety standards.
• Work full time with occasional long shifts and Saturdays.
• Communicate with Dispatcher/Supervision via radio.
• Maintain situational awareness and safe surroundings in changing environments.
