You will collaborate with the Sales team, source candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain accurate records, delivering a strong candidate experience and timely updates on project timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience required in staffing, HR, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for Craftworkers.
• Assess hiring needs and determine when new recruits are required.
• Partner with Sales to maintain candidate pipeline.
• Source and qualify craft professionals with safety and skill records.
• Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and lead lists.
• Deliver timely updates on project end-dates and availability.
