Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking a part-time Home Improvement Estimator / Field Technician to support residential and commercial projects in Racine County and surrounding areas.

Schedule is Monday–Friday (days), with no weekends or holidays; pay is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. You will perform project estimates, conduct site surveys, and handle light maintenance tasks, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paid professional experience in trades/handyman work.
• Proficient with digital tools and communication platforms.
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field tasks.
• Must reside within the local service area with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Project Estimating (Residential & Commercial).
• Site Surveys to finalize scope before execution.
• Field Maintenance & Repairs as needed.
• Client Consultation to set expectations and maintain loyalty.
• Pipeline Management to close outstanding estimates.
