Qualifications

• 8+ years of office or customer-facing experience.
• Local residency in the area.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong administrative and communication skills.
• Ability to translate job scopes into estimates.

Responsibilities

• Schedule dispatching and optimize daily routes.
• Act as liaison for field staff via phone and Microsoft Teams.
• Coordinate with VA team on intake and workflows.
• Provide accurate rough pricing or bids over the phone.
• Oversee accounts receivable and customer payments.
• Maintain records in scheduling/job management software.
• Set clear customer expectations on arrival windows and scope.
