Mr. Handyman (New) in Racine County is seeking a Home Improvement Estimator / Part-Time Field Technician to provide accurate project scopes and hands-on support, delivering quality estimates for residential and light commercial work.

The role offers a part-time schedule, Monday–Friday days, with no weekends or major holidays, and a pay range of $20.00–$24.00 per hour. A supportive team uses advanced estimating tools to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project flow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paid professional experience in trades/handyman work (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
• Must reside within the local service area and have a valid driver's license.
• Pass a comprehensive background check and be comfortable using digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Project Estimating (Residential & Commercial): assess scope and provide material and labor estimates.
• Site Surveys: perform in-person inspections for complex projects.
• Field Maintenance & Repairs: carry out hands-on tasks as needed.
• Client Consultation: explain requirements, costs, and timelines to customers.
• Pipeline Management: track and close outstanding estimates.
