Job Requirements

We seek Craftsmen with a strong work ethic, professional appearance, and broad knowledge across trades such as Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, and light Plumbing and Electrical. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to interact positively with clients, colleagues, management, and office staff.

Specific qualifications include:

• Successful prior experience as a Carpenter/Craftsman; estimation skills and home inspection experience are a plus
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks
• Own a standard set of tools for all trades mentioned
• Own truck or van
• Valid driver’s license
• Reside within 15 miles of Insert Municipality here
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
