Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Details

• Title: Craftsman

Compensation

$20.75 - $22.75 per hour

All full-time employees are eligible for company-sponsored health benefits effective on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment, including Health, Dental, Vision, Short & Long Term Disability, Life Insurance. Additional benefits include 40 hours of paid leave after 90 days, extra PTO after 3 years, paid holidays, and overtime pay on holidays for field employees.

Job Summary

Skilled technical worker requiring minimal supervision, adhering to safety and quality standards, and maintaining a medium standard of productivity. Punctual, motivated, team-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to company values.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Successful drug and alcohol screening
• Valid Driver's License with a clean MVR
• Strong safety awareness
• Knowledge of equipment, materials, and supplies
• Reliable team member

Performance Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety responsibilities
• Maintain technical skills and quality standards
• Engage in ongoing training and require minimal supervision

Safety Responsibilities

• Participate in safety activities, report hazards, wear PPE
• Follow safety procedures and complete training
• Recognize, correct, and report hazards
• Work safely according to regulations and standards
• Report accidents immediately

Physical Requirements

• Lift 15-50 lbs, perform bending, kneeling, ladder climbing, use power tools
