Qualifications

License and Certification: Valid Georgia driver's license and CFC Recovery license required. Industry or military journeyman certificate, trade, or contractor license preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. HVAC technical training preferred.

Experience: Minimum of five years HVAC and refrigeration or similar acceptable experience.

Skills: Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, understand HVAC and refrigeration codes, and operate computers.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Perform skilled installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems, boilers, pumps, chillers, and control systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and codes.
2. Manage inventory and tools, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
3. Supervise contractors and staff, plan work schedules, and ensure safety and code compliance.
4. Collaborate with other personnel and departments for project completion and training.
5. Service various equipment and participate in ongoing training.
6. Work after hours as needed and be on call.
7. Assist with technical problem resolution, training, and special projects.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands
