Qualifications

• 5+ years of related professional experience in design and/or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex information to all levels.

• Develop the craft development strategy and capability.
• Create clear career pathways for craft employees.
• Establish advancement expectations and opportunities.
• Develop programs for progression from entry-level craft to leadership roles.
