Job summary

Arconic in Bettendorf, IA is seeking a Training Coordinator to partner with HR and training staff to schedule and manage comprehensive maintenance training programs. You will support hourly and salary staff, maintain OJT tracking for 75+ apprentices, and ensure compliance with apprenticeship and ITAR requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

• This position requires access to controlled technology per ITAR/EAR; export control compliance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS) including training requests, changes, training assignments, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Basic Qualifications

You have:

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Access) and MS Outlook
• Experience with apprenticeship programs or skilled trades
• Ability to multi-task and interpret, analyze and compile data in a user-friendly format
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
