Qualifications

• Craft field experience preferred, but not required.
• NCCER knowledge or certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials and programs.
• Coordinate course offerings with internal and external providers.
• Prepare standardized reports and analyses on training needs.
• Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports.
• Update and maintain training materials, databases, and documentation.
• Provide support to managers, instructors, and staff on training activities.
