Qualifications

• Experience as a journeyman, apprenticeship instructor, union training coordinator, training-center administrator, or construction field leader.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with technology, including LMS or HRIS systems (BambooHR experience a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum and program development aligned with company priorities and leadership expectations.
• Coordinate Onward University training sessions, workshops, and courses, including scheduling, materials, and tech setup.
• Provide primary support for instructors and learners, including setup and materials.
• Manage learning content in LMS platforms, track attendance and completion, and generate reports.
