Job Responsibilities

• Execute assigned construction, installation, maintenance, or repair tasks according to project specifications, blueprints, and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain a variety of tools, equipment, and machinery relevant to the craft.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE and participating in safety briefings.
• Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and work instructions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or project discrepancies to supervisors.
• Perform quality checks on work completed to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in a relevant craft (e.g., pipefitter, welder, electrician, heavy equipment operator, laborer) within the energy or construction industry.

• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license may be required for some positions.
• Relevant certifications or licenses specific to the craft (e.g., welding certifications, crane operator certifications) are highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
