Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s parties and other crafts events.
• Engage clients and store team members to create a fun, welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate and instruct craft projects; perform face painting and other activities.
• Coordinate add-ons like goody bags and balloons to standard.
• Handle event communications, emails, calls, and paperwork as needed.
• Adjust plans based on client feedback and develop backup/contingency plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction and uphold store cleanliness and safety standards.
