Michaels is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to plan and run store events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes. You will engage customers of all ages, facilitate activities, and ensure a fun, safe, and organized experience in-store.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, assisting shoppers, driving enrollment in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
