Job summary

The role requires 2 years of line cook experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with a variable hours pattern.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Line Cook experience in a high-volume or full-service kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and fundamentals (temps, seasoning, timing).
• Ability to execute dishes quickly and consistently during busy rushes.
• Able to stand for long shifts and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down station with mise en place, before and after service.
• Cook and plate dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
• Work kitchen equipment and cross-train on other stations.
• Communicate with expo and line to keep tickets moving.
• Flag shortages to the Sous Chef and manage FIFO labeling.
