As a Line Cook, you will
A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful. A minimum of two years of experience working in an upscale restaurant is required to recreate dishes for our craft kitchen. The ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean culinary equipment is expected. Full mobility is required, with the ability to lift, carry, and pull up to 40 pounds.
