We are seeking an experienced Craft Foreman to lead pipe installation and mechanical construction activities on water and wastewater treatment plant projects. The successful candidate will supervise field crews, coordinate daily work with site management and subcontractors, and ensure construction is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This role will involve working from drawings, specifications, and project schedules while maintaining a strong focus on productivity, workmanship, and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities include planning and assigning daily tasks; directing the installation, alignment, testing, and commissioning of process piping, utility lines, valves, fittings, supports, and related mechanical systems; interpreting plans, isometric drawings, and specifications; and coordinating interfaces with civil, electrical, instrumentation, and equipment installation teams. You will monitor materials, tools, equipment, and manpower requirements, identify potential delays or technical issues, and communicate progress to project supervision. The role also requires inspecting completed work, supporting pressure testing and system flushing, maintaining accurate site records, and ensuring all activities comply with approved procedures and applicable codes.

Proven leadership skills, sound judgment, and a practical approach to planning and problem-solving are required, along with a commitment to safe work practices and quality control. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications are preferred. Experience with treatment plant process piping, stainless steel, carbon steel, ductile iron, PVC, HDPE, or similar materials will be highly regarded. The position may require travel, outdoor work, shift work, and the ability to work in active construction environments.
