Qualifications

• Hotel/bar experience required or preferred.
• Experience crafting cocktails is preferred.
• Must be able to handle cash and balance checks.
• Strong communication with guests and team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties physically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar setup and stock beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and supplies daily.
• Greet guests, take and present drink orders, and ensure portion control.
• Input orders into the POS, generate checks, and balance transactions.
• Operate cash handling, deposits, and closing procedures.
• Keep equipment secure and perform duties as assigned.
