Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft cocktails and deliver welcoming guest experiences. You’ll maintain a clean bar, stock ingredients, greet guests, and document orders using the POS system. The role requires attentiveness to cash handling and compliance with alcohol service rules.

Experience with spirits and wine, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, are essential to thrive on our team.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of bar experience, knowledge of spirits and wine.
• Ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks.

Responsibilities

• Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain bar setup and stock daily.
• Greet guests and process orders using POS.
• Balance cash and process payments.
• Follow state and corporate rules for serving alcohol.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
