• Possess knowledge of recipes and service procedures, managing stock and requisitions.
• Create and update cocktail lists to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Ensure bar equipment and bar areas stay clean and well-maintained.
• Stock all beverages, garnishes, and bar snacks for service.
• Uphold health and safety standards and policies at all times.
• Collaborate with servers to deliver excellent products and services.
• Adhere to hotel policies and maintain standards of excellence.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

What You Do:

• Open the bar register and complete all bar setup procedures according to standard operating procedures
• Maintain control of the bar area throughout scheduled shifts, including the closing process
• Attend responsible vendor training and ensure compliance with all applicable beverage laws
• Possess thorough knowledge of product recipes and service procedures, managing stock and requisitions effectively
• Create and update cocktail lists to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes and guest preferences
• Ensure proper maintenance of bar equipment and cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and equipment through regular inspections
• Stock all beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar snacks in preparation for service
