Responsibilities

• Open the bar register and complete all bar setup procedures according to standard operating procedures
• Maintain control of the bar area throughout scheduled shifts, including the closing process
• Attend responsible vendor training and ensure compliance with all beverage laws
• Possess knowledge of product recipes and service procedures, manage stock and requisitions
• Create and update cocktail lists to enhance guest experience and satisfaction
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes and guest preferences
• Ensure proper maintenance of bar equipment and cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and equipment
• Stock all beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar snacks in preparation for service
• Uphold health and safety standards and policies at all times
• Collaborate closely with servers and other staff to deliver excellent products and services to guests
• Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and practices, maintaining standards of excellence
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

What You Do:
