Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in high-volume F&B operations.
• Craft cocktail experience and working with seasonally influenced items.
• Experience making coffee drinks is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and deliver drinks promptly while maintaining consistency.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Flexible schedule and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and guidelines for cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and assist in glassware and utensil washing.
• Educate guests about beverage options from House Tonic trainings.
• Discuss daily specials and food pairing to drive sales and enhance the dining experience.
• Process payments and operate a cash register.
• Check IDs to ensure legal alcohol/tobacco purchases and monitor consumption.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to create appealing displays and boost sales.
• Serve customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Monitor and replenish bar inventory; coordinate with Barbacks.
• Mix ingredients according to recipes to maintain a global beverage program.
