Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume F&B operations.
• Craft cocktail experience and seasonal perishable ingredients.
• Experience making coffee drinks a plus.

• Tips certified.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and guidelines for cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and assist teammates.
• Educate guests about beverage options from House trainings.
• Discuss daily specials and menu pairings to drive sales.
• Handle payments and operate cash register.
• Check IDs and monitor alcohol consumption.
• Arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment with Barbacks.
• Mix ingredients according to recipes for consistent program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
