Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in high-volume F&B operations.
• Craft cocktail experience and working with seasonally influenced items.
• Experience making coffee drinks a plus.
• Ability to multitask and deliver drink requests in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining consistency.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Flexible schedule and reliable.
• Tips certified.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and company guidelines for preparing cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks used at the bar.
• Maintain a clean and organized section and collaborate with other bartenders; wash glassware and utensils; clean up after customers.
• Educate guests and members about beverage options learned through House Tonic trainings.
• Discuss and describe daily specials and food pairing options to promote additional sales and create optimal dining experiences.
• Collect payment on all sold items and operate a cash register.
• Check identifications to ensure legal age for alcohol and tobacco purchases and monitor intakes.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to create attractive displays that promote beverage options and drive sales.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and delegate replenishment to Barbacks.
• Mix ingredients according to recipes to maintain a unified beverage program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
