Puttshack in Scottsdale seeks a Bartender to mix and serve cocktails with flair, delivering an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume venue. This role emphasizes craft cocktails, guest engagement, and precise service with tips-based pay.

Flexibility is key: venues open 7 days, with shifts typically 15–30 hours per week; full-time and part-time associates may be considered. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, and discounts.

Qualificações

• Must be 21+ years of age to apply.
• Prior craft cocktail experience in high volume restaurant or bar.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
• Must obtain required licenses and certifications per state and/or local requirements.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Bring your 'A' Game every day.
• Greet guests with a warm invite and sincere smile.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and instructions
• Stock/restock appropriate bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, garnishes, and supplies.
• Follow all steps of service to effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and dining area.
• Anticipate guests needs and show attentiveness to ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations
