Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bartending experience, a valid bartender license, and a state Food Handler’s Permit, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State Food Handler’s Permit.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bartender.
• Current Bartender License.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of food exploration, innovation and education for guests and employees.
• Deliver a consistently high level customer service to each customer and maintain a safe environment by identifying any issues.
• Keep the bar area clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines and health department requirements.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and account for discrepancies in the final tally.
• Mix all drinks per the serving sizes in the company manual to control drink costs.
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps customers satisfied.
• Uphold standards and enforce food and drink handling per policy.
