Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous and attentive manner.
• Serve food and drinks using suggestive selling techniques.
• Know menus and applicable specials.
• Ring drink orders into computer, collect payment.
• Prepare garnishments for drinks.
• Operate the Micros POS system.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work.
• Maintain a clean bar and ensure proper cash handling.
• Assist food and beverage team as needed.
• Resolve guest complaints and perform service recovery when required.
