Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous bartender experience required.
• Current Liquor License.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Positive interpersonal skills required.
• Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English.
• Good telephone speaking and listening ability.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic drinks consistent with standard recipes.
• Prepare garnishes for drink service.
• Maintain bar inventory and supplies.
• Record drink orders into the register system.
• Wash and sanitize glassware.
• Assist guests with menu choices and wine recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Conclude dining experience and invite return visits.
• Provide welcoming phone greetings and process delivery estimates.
