Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of mixing and garnishing drinks.
• Basic math skills, able to handle money.
• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests and make them feel comfortable.
• Inform guests of specialty drinks, specials, and menu changes.
• Make recommendations you believe guests will enjoy.
• Answer questions about food, beverages, and services.
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements.
• Mix beverages using liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter in POS with high accuracy.
• Up-sell when appropriate and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and anticipate guests' needs to create a great dining experience.
• Prepare final bill and process payment.
