Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and follow policies.
• Maintain a friendly, teamwork-based service.
• Guide guests through drinks and menu options.
• Present guest checks, accept payment, and complete transactions.
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions in a courteous manner.
• Prepare bar and dining room beverage orders promptly.
• Balance cash drawer and manage bar inventories.
• Stock liquors, beer, wines, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Open wine/champagne bottles and tap beer when needed.
• Comply with dress/appearance policy and liquor laws.
