Job summary

Philadelphia Distilling in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a craft cocktail bartender to deliver a memorable guest experience in our tasting room and event spaces. The role splits time between bar and floor service on a Wednesday-Sunday schedule, with contributions to private events and offsite tastings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a craft-cocktail bartender.
• RAMP certified or willingness to attain RAMP certification within 90 days of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Split time between bar and floor service to provide excellent guest experience.
• Educate guests on seasonal menu cocktails and off-menu drinks.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure proper garnishes, portions, and presentation.
• Work with FOH team to ensure efficient service during events and peak hours.
• Adhere to state liquor regulations and safety policies.
