Constellation is seeking an Event Bartender to join our Philadelphia, PA events team part-time. You will mix beverages, set up and break down service bars, and assist with food service as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering, banquets, fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings.
• Knowledge of formal dining etiquette and event service techniques.
• Ability to memorize and describe a variety of beverage recipes.

Responsibilities

• Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar.
• Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations.
• Performing food service as needed.
• Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items.
