Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a Bartender to join its Front of House team in a guest-focused role at our bar. You will craft cocktails, beer, and wine with attention to Firebirds standards while guiding guests through menu pairings and ensuring a welcoming experience from arrival.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset with patience and hospitality.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation required.
• FOH positions require 18+ age.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive at the bar.
• Craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails to Firebirds standards with consistency and care.
• Guide guests through menu offerings with confident recommendations and pairings.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalized hospitality.
• Accurately manage orders, POS entry, and payments with efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and Firebar area.
• Support To-Go orders and collaborate with teammates for seamless service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and uphold guest safety standards.
