Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and other beverages for customers and servers in accordance with standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean bar at all times by wiping, disposing of debris and washing glasses behind the bar as needed.
• Take food orders and enter them into computer.
• Apply knowledge of the full menu, beverages and other restaurant information including hours and payment types.
• Record currency transactions accurately on computer and tender proper change.
• Process charge transactions and submit daily reports to management.
• Complete opening and closing duties to prepare bar for operation.
