Job summary

Super Panga in the United States is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our fast-paced restaurant and bar team. You will craft traditional and creative cocktails, greet guests, and ensure a memorable experience.

Open availability preferred; must be 21+, with at least 3 years of bartending, and eligible to work in the U.S. You will maintain bar stock, process payments, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and 21+ years old.
• Minimum of 3 years bartending experience.
• Able to obtain ABC RBS and California Food Handler certifications.
• Fast-paced, high-volume environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Verify guests' age and ID in compliance with ABC regulations.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails with quality and consistency.
• Engage with guests to create memorable experiences and build rapport.
• Open and maintain tabs, process payments, and manage interactions.
• Keep liquor stock organized and ensure bar areas stay clean and stocked.
• Complete opening/closing side work and maintain safety standards.
