Soho House & Co. Nashville is seeking a Bartender to prepare beverages, serve food, and deliver exceptional service that aligns with the Soho House brand. You will greet guests, learn preferences, upsell, and contribute to memorable experiences.

In a fast-paced, high-volume setting, you’ll maintain clean bar areas, collaborate with teammates, and promote the menu through knowledge of drinks and pairings, while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume F&B operation.
• Craft cocktail experience required; coffee drinks a plus.
• Excellent communication and people skills; flexible schedule.
• Tips certification is a plus; Micros experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and company guidelines for preparing cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks used at the bar.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and collaborate with other bartenders to wash glassware and utensils; clean up after customers and work area.
• Educate guests and members about beverage options learned through House Tonic trainings.
• Discuss and describe daily specials and food pairing options to promote additional sales and create the best dining experience.
• Collect payment on all sold items and operate a cash register; check IDs to verify age requirements for alcohol and tobacco.
