Poets Modern Cocktail & Eats in Baltimore seeks a part-time bartender to craft exceptional cocktails, maintain bar supplies, replenish daily requisitions, and deliver memorable guest experiences at the Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown, a hub of Charm City hospitality.

You will be familiar with liquor varieties, recipes, prices, proper glassware, and garnishes, and you will handle cash using MICROS systems, apply correct discounting, and ensure accurate intake of all funds.

Responsibilities

• Complete liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every two years.
