Job summary

Quirk Hotel is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented bartender to join our team. This flagship boutique hotel values hospitality, authenticity, and guest-focused service, with a strong emphasis on career growth within Schulte Hospitality Group.

You will take orders, craft cocktails, upsell, and ensure guests have a consistently excellent experience in a fast-paced environment. Part-time hours, on-site work, and a collaborative team await.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hotel/restaurant bartending role.

Responsibilities

• Takes accurate food and drink orders from guests.
• Upsell and provide recommendations to guide guests.
• Monitor service quality and presentation of drinks and meals.
• Ensure station cleanliness and set-up before, during, and after shift.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and responsible service policies.
• Know menu items, preparation, and service procedures.
• Handle payments and close checks accurately.
• Create classic and craft cocktails per recipes.
