Job summary

Troon Golf, LLC is seeking a part-time Bartender for Orchard Valley Golf Course in Aurora, Illinois. The bartender will provide craft beverage service, maintain a clean, organized bar, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of bartending experience, legal age to serve, and knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails. Certifications such as BASSET and Food Handler’s are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Manage bar supplies and glassware.
• Ensure sanitation of bar area and equipment.

• Greet guests and take drink orders promptly.
• Learn regular guests and build rapport.
• Monitor guest experience and adjust service accordingly.
• Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
• Handle closing duties and cleanup as assigned.
• Adhere to safety and policy guidelines; refuse service to intoxicated guests.
