The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery (OMB) in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a friendly Server for its Ballantyne location. Join our team to deliver exceptional guest service, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with bar and kitchen staff.

Responsabilités

• Prepare restaurant tables with sanitation and order.
• Attend to customers upon entrance to property.
• Present menus and help customers select food/beverages.
• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products.
• Collaborate with other servers, bar staff, and culinary staff.
• Proactively manage complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
