Job summary

Strap Tank Brewery in Utah is seeking a dedicated Brewer to join the brewing team. The role involves hands-on work across the brewing process, from raw material handling to packaging, ensuring quality at every stage.

The Brewer will be trained to work at all Strap Tank facilities and must be able to travel between locations with a valid driver’s license. Passion for craft beer and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of brewing industry experience.
• Experience and passion for a wide variety of beer styles.
• Certified brewer or brewing degree is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license to travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Wort production and brewhouse CIP.
• Raw material handling and recipe formulation.
• Fermentation monitoring and cellar management.
• Keg washing and packaging oversight.
