Position Overview

The Brewery Team position is a full‑time, skilled role responsible for all aspects of craft beer production, from hot‑ and cold‑side brewing to packaging. You’ll work with minimal supervision, maintaining an unwavering focus on quality and consistency, and solving problems systematically during daily operations.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform daily brewing duties including—CIP, malt milling, brewhouse operation, wort transfers, yeast pitching, fermentation monitoring, beer packaging, and general cleaning.
• Produce wort according to SOPs, hitting targets for gravity, IBU, color, and volume.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in brewhouse, malt room, silo area, cooler, and all brewing spaces.
• Operate forklifts and other production equipment as directed (training provided).
• Work safely with chemicals, adhering to all safety standards and referencing MSDS sheets as needed.
• Communicate effectively with cross‑departmental teams, providing all pertinent batch‑related information at shift changeovers.
• Follow all environmental and safety regulations, company policies, and ethical business practices.
• Assist Sales & Distribution with loading/unloading delivery and event trucks.
• Participate occasionally in community and craft beer events.

Requirements

• We prefer at least 1 year of professional brewing experience, but we will make an exception for the right person.
• Ability to frequently lift 55 lbs. and safely move full kegs (160 lbs.).
• Ability to reach, twist, stoop, crouch, stand, and walk for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and commitment to continual learning and improvement.

Schedule

• Full‑time, 8‑hour shifts, Monday–Friday (occasional events outside standard hours).
